Practice Philosophy
My goal is for every person I help to feel understood, capable, and supported. Whether you’re recovering from concussion, managing cognitive changes, or striving to perform at a higher level, brain health can feel overwhelming. I know that care begins with listening to you.
With a background in cognitive psychology and brain-behaviour research at the University of Victoria’s Cognition and Action Laboratory, I offer evidence-based brain coaching focused on attention, memory, executive functioning, behaviour modification, and nervous system regulation. My approach is individualized, practical, and grounded in how the brain learns and adapts.
I believe healing and performance both come from understanding your unique cognitive profile and building sustainable strategies that fit your life. This work matters deeply to me because I’ve seen how the right support can restore confidence, independence, and self-agency. My style is calm, collaborative, and growth-focused; we work together toward meaningful change.
