Practice Philosophy

My work bridges neuroscience, technology, and mental health to help individuals enhance cognitive function, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. I specialize in neurofeedback, transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM), and other evidence-based neurotherapies designed to promote neuroplasticity and optimize brain performance. I have experience working with clients presenting with neurodevelopmental, psychiatric, and neurological conditions including anxiety, depression, dementia, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). I have a widespread demographic of clients, from high level athletes looking to improve their skill, to elderly individuals struggling with memory loss. Additionally, I have a passion for educating others. My experience includes guest lecturing high school philosophy classes on the relationship between the brain and spiritual practices, as well as spearheading an education series with over 150 attendees on mental health in faith communities. This is in addition to educating providers on using tPBM in their practices via staff training presentations or in clinic visits.
