Practice Philosophy
I help people move forward—especially when change feels hard.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, stress, or trying to follow through on a brain health plan, I work alongside you to make change feel doable. My coaching style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in a solution-focused approach—meaning we start with what you want, look for what’s already working, and build on that.
I don’t tell people what to do. I help them figure out what they want to do—and what would make the biggest difference right now.
If you’re looking for a structured, supportive space to turn insight into action (without pressure or overthinking), this is where we start.
